Another year, another birthday full of cards, flowers, family surprises and, of course, dessert.
Last birthday I had a surprise designer “Explosive Raspberry” birthday cake from Burch & Purchese Sweet Studio. Now my chocolate and raspberry cake has become a regular at the store.
My surprise dessert this year was the choice between:
- EXPLOSIVE RASPBERRY MILK CHOCOLATE: Raspberry & milk choc mousse / raspberry custard / raspberry compote / explosive milk choc chip cookie crumb / exaggerated rasp cream / raspberry marshmallow / milk chocolate mirror glaze
- COCONUT, PASSIONFRUIT, GINGER, MINT: Coconut mousse / passionfruit curd / coconut caviar / passionfruit jelly / salted oat & ginger crumble / white chocolate mint wafer / brilliant white chocolate spray
